Here is the card I sent to my Dad this year for Father's Day. The truck image is from Just Because cartridge. The hearts that are in the back of the truck are the Martha Stewart multi heart punch. The red sentiment is made from my Dymo label maker (LOVE it!). I used the lowercase font wheel with some hearts. I ended up adding a tiny deer and pine tree punch (both Martha Stewart punches) to the card also, but of course I forgot to take a second picture of the finished product!!
